I went to high school and college in Binghamton and my fiance grew up there. We live in the Phoenix area now where it's a pizza desert. You have to go home to get Nirchi's! Everybody knows the rules!

I lived in Italy for 4 years, trust me they cut pizza with scissors in Rome and south.

My Italian grandmother made homemade pizza every Sunday back in the 1980s when all the family would go to Sunday dinner. She used scissors every time to cut it. I thought that's how everybody cut pizza for years. I'm guessing it's an Italian thing.
