  • Continuing on to the aging part of my Crottin Demi-Sec from Part 1. I put it into my burger today and it was delicious! The texture was perfect semi soft. I hope you will give it a try!

      Georgina Lawrence awwww tysm nothing beats those cheese molds your mom sent me those were from heart!!! These are antique ones I got from Etsy a while ago I love them too
