    Rich transcription for the piano. My preference for the way that the adagietto is performed is significantly more pianissimo, so that the emphatic sequences have more space to counterpoise. As far as the speed is concerned, there is a good balance of pensive and intense phrases. On the whole, the pianist has an emphatic sense for the emotional intensity of the composition.
    One final recommendation, if one goes to the laborious extent of recording such a fine performance, then please tune the piano. It really needs it. I'm sure it's not the recording's fault.
