Hi there ,you are very welcome and thanks for your message. Actually real estate market in Turkey now is quite hot... I should say that Turkey is one of the few countries in the world where the Covid did not affect the Real Estate market much... People still buy. In terms of best season to buy, yes you may br able to find some better deals in winter than in Summer. Hope that helps , have a great day 😊

Aydin hi, You should explain to all of us foreigners how does health insurance work, once we buy or rent the property for a res.permit. Otherwise- if not insured- it’s NO good to have a property there. Everyone wants to be safe and healthy, but it’s life and health insurance MUST be on the TOP priority, even more than fraud scare!!! Especially for some one who is retiring in Turkey. Would be nice to have more information. Thx.
You can have health insurance in Turkey and there are many international brands here.Health insurance fees are quite affordable as compared to Europe and USA... 1 thing you need to know , insurance companies in Turkey currently do not provide health insurance to foreigners over 64 years old... This might change in the future...

Fethiye is good but i would also check Alanya...
