    For lifestyle purchase the properties you recommend seem to be very interesting, this time no comments, spot on )). Keep up the good work, Giorgio.

    When I looked around Lake Como with view on the lake, I only found prices near a million. These are good prices.

      Eric a lot of websites tend to show the more expensive properties but if you go to the lesser know towns you can find good value for money. The important thing in my opinion is that the two towns I focused on both have railway stations which makes them accessible.

    Hello Giorgio! Love your videos! Maybe in the future you could create a video or share a list of the cities with the best public health system, and ranked them by property value, it would be amazing!

    It would be great to show the floor plans when they are available, it helps to get an overall sense of the layout.

      Thank you Bill for your feedback. Unfortunately in most instances floor plans are not available.

    Interesting content. It is not clear for me what your view is on buying real estate as an investment in Europe. like Spain versus Portugal versus Italy ...

      Thanks Jens, If you watch my other videos the picture becomes clearer. Generally Italy, Spain and most of Portugal are lifestyle purchases. When I cover these countries I am trying to find the best deals possible for the viewers so they can save as much as possible ( this does not mean to say that there won't be upside in the future). On the investment side I tend to lean more toward cities like Sofia/Varna/Budapest and Bucharest amongst others where I see more upside in the future.

    I might add Lake Como area to my list of potential areas to buy property. I always though it was super expense, and it is, but amazed with some of the more affordable properties you've shown.

      Depends where you look mjfletch. There are many parts of the Lake where property is very inexpensive.

      ok but a 225.000 euro size flat may cost 50,000 in remote umbria so you pay about 170.000 for location close to Lake, close to train and away from earthquake area. It is up to us to decide if we want to pay so much more for these reasons

    Curious as to what you think of Lecco? It's larger and seems offer a lot (never been), train is 40min into Milano. Similarly, curious about Como. Thanks

    • @saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375
      @saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Lecco is lovely however I could not find as many properties with lake views at cheap prices but that does not mean you should exclude it because from memory one or two properties could have made it on this video. Como is wonderful and has a spectacular cathedral as well but prices are a fair bit higher.

    I think it was the second one, two beds/two baths with furniture and the high wood beam ceiling that I thought was the best.
    Does furniture come with?
    I'm rather surprised you can get any of these as cheap as they are, being they are on the lake.
    Ciao Georgio!

      @saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Hermes it is a mixture but in the smaller towns I have covered you will tend to find more places with parking spaces/garages than in for example Como itself.

      Other than in small villages/towns the Italian property market is very liquid and is one of the most developed markets in the world. If you watch my videos I do state in many that Italian property is a lifestyle purchase rather than an investment opportunity.
