I’ve been an HSCC fan for about 5 years now. Seen them 5 times; number 6 coming up in May. As well as being brilliant musicians, the secret to their sound is their attention to detail. From the harmonies, to the guitar fills, to the keyboards in the background - it’s all there. Every song they do sounds perfect and complete. There’s nothing missing. And they can do it all live.
Great Review! We attended the concert along with you on that first night in Long Beach. We waited until the end to connect with the band individually. They are fantastic musicians as well as very special people. I was the old man over your shoulder in the back ground when you spoke to Jake M. They are appreciative to their success and acknowledge the fans who supported the journey. I have known Con and the band for 5 years and connected with them over the years on the fan page. They always take the time to chat with the fans. 👏👏👏👍

Hi mate, Firstly, my mother Noreen is a huge fan of HSCC and also regularly watches any of your content about them. Mum is 92 years old and had the privilege of meeting HSCC at their gig in western Sydney in September last year. It was her first experience watching any band perform live. Watching your review of the gig and meeting the band brought back many memories for Mum and myself. The band members are exactly as you described them, and so humble. They took mum on stage during their encore and Danny, Jordan and Con were so kind and gentle as they introduced her to the audience. Then we spent time with them backstage after the show. The entire group was so welcoming and down to earth. About a month later, when they were in the Philippines, they mentioned Mum during a media interview. Jordan then took the time to edit and send me the part of the interview when they spoke about Mum. Brad has also been very kind in his messages about Mum. They have made Mum feel incredibly special and made me so very grateful. What a band, but more importantly, what wonderful people.

I live in Alice Springs Central Australia ; Danny's band Clearway were in town in the early '90's . Our Drummer couldn't do our gig ( Mon night jam Danny if you are reading) so Danny filled in as it was their nite off and was so in the pocket with no rehearsal at all. (he probably plays fiddle and sax as well😄) Another time Bradley's band was working a local bar and he cut 6 songs in my studio that he'd never heard before in 4 hours including set up. They are both really high end musos. Apart from their talent, Australian and particularly Adelaide players often played 4- 6 nights a week in bars with crowds of anywhere from 100 to 750 or more with high production values so every gig was preparing them for HSCC Nice work Jeff Cheers, Ross

It's not easy, no hang on, it's bloody near impossible for a cover band to succeed outside the local pub circuit. I have shared the HSCC journey for 6years and witnessed the emotional rollercoaster of them filtering down and fine tuning to what you see on stage today. My take away is that their supreme musicianship and skill are a given to them and they can now put 100% into entertaining, and that they do, and some. I saw them for the first time live recently on a lazy Sunday afternoon at packed Alexandra Hotel in QLD Australia. They had played the night before I believe so had travelled, Kat was not well and a less than ideal set up time. From note 1 (who's brave enough to open with "Easy Lover??? ) they kicked the door down. I may have seen "better" bands in my life (I'm 70), but I have never been so in awe nor as professionally entertained, respected or included as I was at this concert. HSCC you have worked so very hard for this, enjoy your success and thank you all for spreading happiness through the universal language of (live) music.
Jeff, your so lucky to have seen them live. Kat Jade can sing anything, I don't think she's been featured on your channel though, maybe your next hscc reaction video might feature Kat Jade on lead vocal.
