In this video I am given the opportunity to ride a Daytona Triumph 765 Moto2 motorcycle. This has been a dream motorcycle for me to hop on and is the perfect candidate as a track bike for me. This is because it is a limited edition, has carbon fiber body work, and sounds incredible. I absolutely loved how this bike felt and how it handled. HUGE shoutout to Blake for letting me take his bike out for a spin.

Dylan im gonna be honest, after watching this vid I would say this bike would be the best decision for you. As soon as you hoped on it you fell in love, its perfectly light, agile and a perfect amount of speed. I know one of your worries would be that your fans wouldn't like it but without a doubt we would all love to see you end up with this bike and ride it to its limits.

@@FastLaneD Gotta try an MV Augusta F3 800 now to compare the middle weight triples.
MV are a REALLY good buy right now because they don't hold their value unless it's a limited run model plus the lack of dealer network. But having insider knowledge from a dealership buddy the North America KTM and MV merger should finalize late 2025 early 26 and KTM dealers are already being trained to work on MV's.

Even moderate speeding is alright. Its just excessive stuff that gets flagged. Make better content with motorcycles and getting flagged wouldnt even be an issue
100% agree with you. Holds way more respect then some other YT flogs riding in a straight line with more chicken strips on their tyres than a KFC mega meal deal.
I've had two triumph Daytona 675s couldn't ask for a better all around motorcycle. Outta my V2 panigale and the S1k I have now. The daytona is hands down my favorite bike to date. That 765 has to be another level

@FastLaneD nope, black one had around 43k miles when I got into a accident, and the red one had 30k miles when it traded it in for the panigale. Both bought new, being a florida boy I rode them year round.

Have a 17 675r, i would never get rid of it. Most nimble bike Iv owned and has just a smooth powerband. Can’t go wrong

I have a 2020 Triumph Street Triple RS so essentially it's the same bike. Triumph made that bike to commemorate being selected as the primary Moto2 GP bikes so they added the front fairing and clip-ons. I LOVE the bike and it's such a fun ride every time I climb on it. The engine sound itself is perfect, but the ease of handling and the flick ability makes is a 10/10 for a track bike.

*Chris Moore can tune and modify it for so that would be great content
*Suzuki has a huge following , Snewj built a huge channel with his Gsxr
*If you damage it parts and fixing it is easy
*It'll be the only Suzuki in the fleet
I think the master cylinder he has coming is for the M1000 because I remember him saying the brakes weren't that good on the track. I believe that'll give you more trust in the bike too for sure.

I told ya Dooood, Triumph is the way to go! Those inline Triple Engines are Amazing and make a wonderful Sound! I have a 15th Anniversary Special Edition Speed Triple 1050, 1 of 255 that were Imported into the United States.
14 675R and love it. Best bike I've had and probably will be my favorite long time. You see a lot of these tracked because they are just so good. Can't wait to get out there myself
as someone that owns this bike solely as a track bike, I highly recommend. you can protect your investment by bolting on components from a street triple to keep the fancy moto2 pieces shiny and new while the bike is on track duty.

I own one as well #231 and honestly it's a dream come true after owning a 765 Street Triple... absolutely phenomenal!!! At it's stock level, it is ready to go to the track right out of the box... set your suspension and you're done.
in your Daytona 660 vid, I had recommended the 675R with track fairings based on managing cost due to a unforeseen off track excursion... no different with this Daytona Moto2, highly recommend replacing the all carbon fairings and slap on some engine case protection and you'll be a very happy rider... I wish you all the best!...
Definitely a bike that is suitable for Ur stable, rare & unique. A perfect balance like U said of not being overkill and just having the right amount of power to keep U on the hook. It definitely has my vote 👍

Cool choice; it's unique. I'd watch a build and track series on it. You can talk about more than the bike itself. About how the different parts are and how they help on track.
The sound of the triples are like fine wine in the moto world. While the xplain/v4 are like the hard liquor.
I SAY DOOO-EEEEET!! If your really feeling it the ya go for it. You know when your comfortable/ gelling with the bike you will preform better at the track.
Yes, 100% yes. I love the triple platform that Triumph offers. The sound is amazing and the actual use for the track is far better than most!
Please get this bike, it’s the perfect track weapon….My 2014 Daytona 675r is just as exciting to me as my Panigale V4… that triple sound never gets old

Daytona’s are one of the best track bikes. Have a Street Triple 765 the handling is fantastic on those as well. Pops and cracks with the SC project.

Luv it! I own a 24’ STR 765 RS. This is by far the best bike I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned all of the Japanese bikes from 250cc to liter bike. I’ve also owned a Ducati. @FastlaneD get yourself a 24’ STR RS. The Moto2 version would be even better if you can find one. You won’t regret it! 💯👍🏾
I’ve got a 24 striple RS as well. The Daytona 765 is gonna be a better track bike. The STR is a great auto cross gymkhana bike.

Ooooh some fancy suspension upgrades in there 😍😍 the 765 is a crazy motor. The 675 platform had a couple of issues tbh, but this solves most of them

Ive got an 765RS, its perfect for the track or curvy roads. You can go full throttle but the corners are so easy.

Bike sounds absolutely killer, the triple is so badass. Triumph makes awesome bikes, I could really tell you were enjoying everything about riding this, which says a lot considering the specs on your other machines. Looks like the perfect candidate for me
The Daytona 675 has been a bucket list bike for me for years. A 765 would probably be the best bike you could get at the moment.

Def want to see the bike on the channel. A big part of that is because of how much you loved the it but the bike looks perfect. Maybe what was done to it increased the riding experience for you but it looks solid
D, my mate has this exact same bike and tbh I wish I had got it. I love my Ape RS660 but having ridden this bike myself, I had a grin from ear to ear. So much fun and flickable. I’m on the lookout for this bike to add to my RS660 and this is the ideal track bike for sure. If you get the chance to buy one then don’t hesitate… peeeace!!!

These are fantastic bikes, would definitely love to watch more vids of the Daytona Moto2! Admittedly I'm biased as I also own one of these as well and daily it. I had the same sensation as you described where you just know its the one when you rode it and from that moment I had to get one. It's definitely a pretty unique bike and gets a lot of interest from people who want to check it out.
There are a couple of negatives though which are easily fixed. First the stock exhaust is pretty quiet. Its a bit limited because of the cat for emissions regulation but once you swap that out it really comes alive. Second is the beautiful carbon fairings. They look so good that I could personally never risk them at the track since they can't really ever be replaced if you damage them. Thankfully the fairings are essentially the same as the 2013-18 Daytona so you can pretty easily swap them over for something else when you go to the track.

Even if you get a Street Triple or Speed Triple, just as good (if you're willing to go Naked).

Triumph is a really well built machine Quality and materials. Something completely diff and not something you see that often at all brand wise or model wise! Super cool man, will be a blast and not have a ridic amount of power ect!

I reckon this is the best track bike anyone could get although since it has alot of carbon and is limited quantity it'll be a shame if something happened to it. If triumph released a new 765rs without all the carbon just like the previous 675 i'd put a deposit and buy one straight away. Too bad they came out with a 660 version sport tourer and also called it the daytona. Fantastic bike either way.

Im not sure if youve gone yet or not as im a pretty nee viewer but if you havent gone over to the Barber Motorsports Park youre missing out. They have about 1100 motorcycles on display and another 900 in storage. Its bike heaven if you ask me.
Bought my street triple back in September and have put on about 18k miles so far. Would love to try out an older gen Daytona.
I rode the 765 at a demo last year,I love the R6 but this bike would be a great fit for u as a track bike 🏍

Dude, I think I speak for most of us on here we watch the videos for the content creator not so much for a particular bike. If you love this bike get this bike. We will be excited to watch YOU ride it. The H2 is my favorite bike (I ride a tuned Z H2 so I'm a little biased) and the Duc is my least favorite but I still love every video including the Duc videos. You do you with the bikes bro and we will be here to support and watch you no matter what bike you're on.

I love this bike. I have a street triple 765 R which is the more street oriented bike and I love it. If you like the Daytona don't try the 1200 Speed Triple RS you want the Street Triple 765 RS. The street triples and daytona share many things and at the end of the day the main difference is one is a fully faired race bike whilst the other is a naked bike!
