@nsn57 Falsetto is when someone sings higher than their natural register. the "head voice" if you will. The way she sings through most the song, when relaxed is from her chest... whereas the more "forced" higher notes are the Falsetto
I wouldnt feel bad at all if i were you i absolutely love these acoustics aswell i think it is because the acoustics are all her and so genuine just a whole new atmosphere for each song feels more natural! but i am a sucker for acoustic so idk ^_^

the beginning part, of course with the capo on 1st fret, is A minor then G, F, and C. There you go thats the first little verse part (0:10-0:31). And most of the time she's using barre chords. She uses barre chords on the A minor, G, and F. She uses the C chord the "normal" way
