Your form, workout, and strength are very solid! It’s simply you’re eating more than you need to lose weight/get leaner. I know it’s tough since you make delicious food for your job haha just maybe take one meal out from what you eat now (breakfast is easiest) or whatever portions you eat now, just eat 3/4 of it. And cut sugary drinks because that adds so much unnecessary sugar/calories. You got it bro! Just take it slow, you got what it takes to be Swole Dad 💪🏻
Tip for you. If you like peanut butter. Try PB2 product. Its powdered nuts but no fat . I add it in greek yogurt for extra protein and taste. Less calories than those yogurts you buy with bulking agents. Add frozen berries and seeds . Your gonna get more nutrients per calory plus healthy fats to help control hormones.
good job my guy, but honestly just jogging 5 days a week for an hour or 2 is the easiest way to slim down no push ups or weights needed.. i've done it & lost weight & many others right here on youtube, keep pushing my guy 🏃♂🏃💪
Ginger, garlic, onion, turmeric, in a juicier , add Cayenne, black pepper, Celtic Salt and drink up. But it's better to heat up some water and add the 1 tablespoon of mixture in it and drink up. If the taste is bad, add honey but just a tablespoon. Be sure to research the benefits of each ingredient.

How much cardio you doing Quan? I try and get 30-45 min fasted cardio in the morning then I do 30-45 at night around 7:30/8
