Hey Kim, if you get like leg cramps and such, you might be low in Magnesium. Personally for me, i start cramping like a mf if i get low in Magnesium, can also have some heart palpitations, but mainly cramps. Seriously, try some good Magnesium (i use Magnesium Glycinate), try to get around 300 to 400mgs a day, the cramps will go away.

Damn I saw Jay WAYYYYYY back on Comedy Network (yes, the Canadian version) where they had a way better version of Comedy Central Presents that was completely uncensored. I always remembered him and Sean Conner as being two of my favourite sets on there. I also believe that is where Russel Peters' first major special was shown. This is dope.
I also love that Jay has at least gotten in better shape as he was considerably bigger when I remember seeing him. Nothing wrong with being big as a bigger dude myself, but it's good to see he at least got to a healthier spot.
