There are also several quotes from him where he referred to the African American populations as a word that rhymes with “diggers”. Also one of the parts of the Great Society project was intently made to send welfare to non married or single black women and single mothers so there would be no incentive to marry and take care of kids. After the Great Society Project it all turned on its head in the 70s to now where homelessness, unemployment, crime, gang culture, single motherhood, deadbeat or non existent fathers are so prevalent and even the majority in many cities and neighborhoods.
