I honestly question the recommendation to play the umbrella run separately. For one, that takes up more time to get the platinum, secondly, it only halves your damage, the game won't be impossible as a result.
Yeah, also getting all the shrines would make it a lot easier but some people can't even finish this game with proper weapons because it's too hard for them
Just started playing this game since it came out on PS Plus, will go for platinum after my first play through, but keep a it brother, loved this video and will subscribe for more

I just did it this morning. Fantastic game that doesn’t feel like a grinds and feels very rewarding getting that plat. Concentrate on magic power when doing an umbrella run, and don’t forget the fire upgrade.
