How to replace a trigger switch on a makita DHR242 SDS drill that stops and starts.

To be honest, I was apprehensive about the makita cordless sds drill when they first came out.
I was concerned with how long they would last with heavy trade use. But I shouldn't have been concerned.
The makita cordless lithium sds drill has proven to be one of the most robust and reliable sds drills on the market.
Not only are crazy reliable, capable of hard work, and last years. But They can also be easily repaired outside warranty to keep them running for years longer.
They normaly come in looking like this, well worn with loads of work done. A faulty switch can easily be replaced for as little as 40 euro. Try doing that with a milwaukee, dewalt or even bosch.
