had the same colour as this one back in the mid nineties. great bikes. 👍
When these were introduced into the UK they were used universally by motorcycle couriers due to their reliability and good gas mileage. Nicknamed 'The Plastic Pig'. Remember them well
it was reliant three wheeler cars that were nicknamed the plastic pig,the CX500 was nicknamed the plastic maggot
Came out 1982 not 1980 ,still have two in pieces in the back of my shed.
I got it wrong, it's an X Reg, so could be 1981 or 1982.
