I can't believe how bad customer service is at Specialized. I have sent several emails to them without them actually receiving a proper response to my conplaint plus a LinkedIn message to Mike Sinyard without a response from him either. Having bought an Aethos 7 months ago, which then got a large crack on the top tube when the handlebars swung round and hit it when slipping over at less than 5kph, all they would offer was a small discount on a new frame rather than honor the warranty! Won't be buying another Specialized in future if this is the quality of their after sales service.
