There are few things need to be consider, he's is age 89 is he medically fit to operate a vehicles, did the insurance cover him, does he have a licence. because if the headline is true, TP will have to charge him for dangerous driving. and the driver of the family will have to pay for all the damage to the vehicles snd public property involve to this.

The law must change to STOP anyone above the age of 80 yrs from driving and riding any kind of vehicles whether they are certified healthy or not. Was in a taxi before when the driver proudly told me he was already 74 yrs old, and the taxi was swerving a bit left and right all along my 15 min ride. It made me so dizzy after i alighted. 😁🤔
