The problem with starship it need 8x refueling in space for one trip to the moon. Even NASA said up to 20x refueling in space. Based article that i red on google. We really need new kind of rocket fuel. That is so complex
I believe we will transition to a fission-based thrust system for orbital and interplanetary operations. Likely in the very near future. However, we will still require chemical rockets for launch and landing.
@@averagejoe8255 i think we need develop new chemical fuel. I believe the secret sauce is inside more advance carbon bound. We can achiev that with nano tech.
Your presentation was outstanding! I cannot thank you enough. By the way, why do you not have a “Thanks” button so viewers can donate money to your TH-cam channel? Please add one ASAP, as I usually donate a few dollars to each exceptional presentation I view. I refuse to use Patreon. Just a suggestion. Thank you.
I'm just old school,i don't do meters, when i heat meters i tune out. I'm sure I'm not the only one. This is the usa not europe, get with the program please.
Stsrship is neither capable of human interplanetsry or interstellar human travel with Raptor engines. Stop claiming that. It is silly and dumb. Starship hopefully will be good to get mass to LEO and the Moon. That is it..
@@hoasynguoiao1889 No one should. But 650,000 people paid $100 each in advance to pre-order a Cyber truck. That is 65million that tesla received since 2019 in pre-order bookings for Cyber Truck alone. Yet at the current rate of production customers will likely be waiting several for years more for delivery of their truck, that is if it ever materialises at all.
It's too bad that the SpaceX engineers having all the compute power available to them that the Russians could hardly dream of when they made that 181 two combustion chamber supplied by single propellant pump, rocket engine. And these guys can't make a pump that can supply ten engines at a time! Tsk tsk. Too bad for US Patrons.
Are we literally comparing who's spaceship is longer?

It explains why V3 was made
@@techmap9 v3 should capable bring 300-400 ton payload to reduce launch schedules. Or just make another kind of fuel to replace liquid methane .

It will eventually sink in that musk will realize solid rocket motors won't bleed off over time. Just park them were needed.
Interplanetary travel. Not interstellar travel. Rookie mistake.
I got it, thanks

It's interesting idea, I will consider it. Thanks a lot 😘
I wonder if they ever considered strapping on a couple of Falcons to get it up a few Km and then drop off and land?
👍🚀SpaceX 💯

I'm tired of Musks big promises and lack-luster delivery. I'll believe it when I see it.
If you don't like it then leave, you don't have to wait.

INTERSTELLAR? Really?
that is a wee bit generous when it comes to reality!! Is Biden taking turns at scripting??
These channels are starting to suck. I'm just gonna stick to once a week Marcus House updates on Saturdays.
So you’re stealing other channels videos now?
What part do you mean? I will check that
