    Hi Ben, I've had MS for 35 years. I'm 63 now, not ambulatory and have been exercising or trying to my whole life. My core is weak and I'm so thrilled to find your 20-minute core workout (I completed with a 2-pound weight)...hope it helps. :-)

    Thank ou Ben for all you do! I have been doing your workouts for 2 years since a brain hemorrhage left me. Hemiplegic. Unfortunately 3 months ago I was involved in a rear end collision, which has greatly affected my good side. I am finally at the point I can get back to the workouts. I have been having difficulty finding motivation since the most recent setback. Thanks again for the workouts and the inspiration. It was like seeing an old friend when I logged on today. You deserve a lifetime of joy for all the good you do for people, and I wish you strength an happiness my friend.

    I do this workout most days usually as more of a cardio exercise. I use a 5 lb kettle bell with a 2.5 lb wrist weight attached to it. And I usually do the whole video twice in a row for a full 40 min workout without rest. Planning on getting a 10 lb kettle bell soon and moving up to it.

    That's brutal, Ben. You should have called this video, "Wheelchair Intense Core/Ab Workout!" from your video a couple of years ago. I'll go back to that video and work my way up to this video. Keep up the good work and the videos.

    thank you so much for this! ever since losing my normal upright ability, i’ve had to break from regularly working out. i’m very excited to feel closer to my own spirit again!

    Great workout Ben. I have Spina Bifida and just started watching your videos. I am able to walk with crutches and brace but have a balance issue. This workout will definitely help my core strength.

    Thanks for your videos. I have one shoulder that gives me issue. Suggestions? Seems that most of these exercises will cause severe pain.
