The Steeles were and are hardy, hard-working people, and good-natured, until you cross one, just as it should be. My dad was part of the Steele family and was born and died in Foundation Fork. You should go up to Braxton county and do the reader cemetery and there is one out on the Moore farm out lower O'Brian in-between chapple WV and Rosedale wv

I would love to know what constitutes a cemetery. In the case of the family cemeteries, are people still allowed to be buried their? Is it private property? Can anyone start a cemetery on their own property? Does it have to be approved by the county or state?
