- Don't Video Our Site, Google Earth Has All The Photos We Need - DJI Mini 2
Today I visit Stanley Black & Decker Near Rotherham and what a set of people they are.
So I was told that they have all the photos they need of Google Earth and do not require me to make any more for them, I explained they were for me and then they really didn't like that.

Bloody hell, the staff at that company are like characters in comic cuts as they haven’t got a bloody clue, especially when you mentioned about you flying your drone over the factory their silence was golden, as they were lost for words.

Google earth are updating their images on a monthly basis and probably update the same area every two to three years. Google doesn't have enough images so PJ is filling in and updating us sooner !!
And people can upload their own photos to Google Earth as even more images of a site.
I love it when companies have safety first signs, then staff completely ignore them. Even the guy in shorts was the lorry driver, the staff must insist he wears PPE, providing it if necessary. Those managers were so funny, you could see the cogs turning trying to compute the situation. Could come up with an intelligent answer so reverted straight to name calling and threatening behaviour. They should be ashamed of themselves. Going to tweet this video on the twitter account!

Its all double dutch at B & D, we have a reception but you cant come in to be received, and there's nobody there anyway.

When you said that this is the Stanley Black& Decker site I was suddenly reminded of something I was told many many years ago!. One of the actual manufacturers of Black and Decker drills was a Japanese company, it might have been Hitachi, they were constantly trying to deal with the dodgy drills that were being returned as defective, the engineers had a good look at them and quickly discovered that with very little difficulty and minimal expense they could eliminate the issue by better design, eventually the word came back from B & D, thank you but no thank you!, we are making plenty of money as things are!. It was not long after that much better gear was available direct from those Japanese manufacturers, and people complain that they took over by foul means!.
For most of my adult life I have been aware of the difficulties for managers and when I completed my horticulture course that 'qualified' me to be a head gardener I was deterred by the fact that in four years of training I had not had even one minute of instruction on how to manage junior staff.
Fifty years later I started to understand that what I had developed in the absence of any teaching was a method of staff management that depends on finding appropriate people and asking them how they would deal with the job I offer, if they say anything that makes any sense to me I just say in a rather hesitant manner, 'that sounds like it might work, tell you what give it a go and we will see!', the result of this is that while doing what I want them to do they do it because they think it was their 'own' idea and therefore make every effort to get it done!.
I have no idea if there is actually any other way of doing things and as far as I am concerned I don.t care!, this method works so well that until something better pops up I just carry on!, the main point is nobody gives any body any 'orders'.
Any way back to the matter at hand!, this encounter from about nine and a half minutes is a minor classic! Karen's refusal to 'allow' you to do what you want to do and are legally allowed to do because of their 'security', since that so manifestly failed does that mean they are all now exposed to mortal danger! or just that the attempt at tyranny got nowhere!.

Yet another vast warehouse with NO Solar panels!!! Why take up farm land to put Solar panels on when there are acres of warehouse roofs that can be used. We need farm land to grow crops!!!

So who is allowed on site - no doubt anyone without a camera. Cameras provoke utter fear in some people except when they go into a shopping centre, shops, street CCTV, Dashcams, Etc etc when they can do sod all about those and get recorded constantly.
It does my heart good to hear more and more people making the point. Personally, I'd rather way fewer of the damn things, but till that happens - sauce for the goose, etc. Stay well

Although there is no necessity to inform people that you are flying a drone nearby, he does at least take the time to inform people and if that requires visiting a premises then so be it.

I used to make plastic petrol tanks and once a month one would be filled with water, placed in a freezer then dropped from a ten meter tower !
I am not aware of any tanks that burst !

WE ARE STUPID ON PPE AND HIGH VIZ and rules . .I loaded 16 vats of Acid in nottingham for italy the fork driver came out in full CSIsuit and a mask and goggles and wellingtons , he made me stand on a green grid behind the yellow line , then i took it too italy ,the guy came out on his fork lift truck , in shorts and flip flops ,unloaded me in 15 minutes, all done .
Lies come thick and fast. No one on reception, and unable to speak to anyone because there's a meeting.

I think even Russia has more freedoms than the UK now. I go on many channels of different countries and even they don't have issues regarding filming. It's in the UK that they kick off most regarding filming. Us Brits are a cold miserable lot really aren't we. Sweden is one the the best countries to live in. Good living, clean, and low crime. People friendly.

8:00 They've got to put the pallet truck on last, so that it can come off first because there might not be a fork lift at the destination. Then they can use it to move all the pallets that have loaded on to the truck. How they get the pallet truck and pallets off without a forklift at the destination I don't know.
