Since we're not part of the TH-cam Partnership program, we have little control over the ads in the beginning. We have sent in multiple requests to eliminate mid-video ads as well. A potential solution might be starting the video, then moving to the near end of the video. Let it play for a few seconds, then move back to the beginning. We have seen that some people are able to bypass any ads that may be present later in the video.
