He looked pretty fast and a little mechanical this set of games to me.
I just realized that Leth is so good at this game he is able to commentate almost EVERY move not only he, but his team mates and/or opponents make. I don't care how much of a "pro" you are at any game, it is a DIFFERENT LEVEL if you can talk whilst doing it.
Part of what it takes to be a pro is that ability to talk while playing. Yes, it is hard but you need to be able to communicate ideas,intentions, observations to your teammates, all while still having the awareness of 5 other guys on the field. People are able to actually keep in mind when a boost is going to pop up and how long ago the boost was taken and who took it. No disagreement on it being another level, just saying all pros have the ability to, some are of course better than others but they have the ability to do so. Watch a squishy video from over 6 years ago and he still has that ability from early on in his career

Comparing apples to oranges there buddy. Talking while playing does add a layer of difficulty, BUT it is not required to be good at the game. Concentration can be used to commentate on what just occurred or a player can use concentration to quickly perform quick chat. both can convey intention. personally, I use full concentration on my gameplay. And music to help vibe. Music helps me enter the flow state.

Hey leth I have a great idea for a video... every goal scored switches the game mode. So if it starts in 2s and someone scores it would randomly switch to drop shot or hoops or rumble. You could even try to turn it into 3s or 1s and have the other players randomly selected to play. Just an idea and I know you have fun making game modes!

Leth if somehow youre able to read this, at 20:33ish why didn’t you catch that ball instead of that awkward looking hit?
I’m not a high level player by any means, i will admit that, im just curious as of why you didn’t catch the ball for a flick
Garrett just got the corner boost and was in Leth's blind spot, so if Leth goes for a catch he could easily be demoed by Garrett which gives a quick 2v1 for Cam. Leth also doesn't have a ton of boost to outrun with a good catch. The flick, if good touch, will advance ball with Leth possession to a good 50/50. If bad touch, ball will go high in their corner so potentially awkward for Cam or at least use a lot of his boost. Good analysis brother, keep grinding
@@wowbowhow1 true, but when you look Garrett was going for the mid right rotation, which should be enough time to throw Cam off with a solid flick. I don’t expect a full on dribble, just enough of a light touch to set up a decent flick to the left post.
Again, by no means am I a high level player, D1 was as high as i got, but now I’m stuck in plat because i suck (also because solo queue at low levels is absolute garbage), but still. I dunno. I’m not claiming i know better than people champ and up because i really don’t lol, just have general curiosity as a 1s and 2s main who wants to know more about high level playing in general.

The audio glitch stuff is so bad atm for Rocket League. Seems to be caused by using both a Bluetooth headset and Bluetooth controller, legit caused me to stop playing due to the glitch completely nuking all desktop audio. Windows + Epic Games doesn't work out.

Day 6 of asking for Rocket League but key moments are slow mo: Unlimited boost, and code that scales both car and ball speed and acceleration for all players depending on how close the nearest player is to the ball. Set the threshold so that, most of the time, speed is normal unless someone is within maybe 10-15 car lengths of the ball.

Hey Leth, I've always wondered why pros or high level lobbies never compliment their opponents using quick chat? You will say 'nice shot' to a teammate but never to the opponent.
