    Just like the UD-300, the high-speed UD-310 Rotary Die Cutter delivers print marketing applications in distinctive shapes and sizes to help you stand out from the competition. Processing up to 4,000 sheets per hour, the UD-310 utilizes a magnetic cylinder and interchangeable flexible dies that affix to it to process paper, laminates, adhesives and synthetic stocks. Suitable for mid to longer runs, the UD-310 provides high productivity and faster turnarounds.
    Please note the UD-310 and UD-M300 models are only available in the Americas and Europe. The UD-300 model has been discontinued.

      +Marion Smith (Behind The Scenes) There is a sensor that reads the lead edge of the sheet before the sheet goes through the cylinders portion of the machine.

    • @DuploUSA
      @DuploUSA  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +maria vafiadis Scoring Line will not be a problem on the UD-300, the score line will be made on the Die Plate itself.

    Looks very easy to operate. But where can I find people to make these magnetic dies? How durable are these dies and do they required specific storage methods?

    • @DuploUSA
      @DuploUSA  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there. Dies are ordered through Duplo USA and they last about 100,000 sheets. The dies are thin and require minimum storage space.

    What is the name dies shredder? What are the prices and is it available in all countries?

    • @DuploUSA
      @DuploUSA  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Ahmed Hussien Don't understand what a die shredder is but currently the dies are only available in North America (U.S, Canada and Latin America). The price will vary depending how complex your application is. Price is dependent on how many creases, slit-scores, and the types of shapes you have on your application.

    The bad news is revealed immediately when you show that it uses a flexible rotary die. Very few people on earth uses this. But I can see where you're coming from, if this "short run, user friendly" machine had used ordinary flatbed platen dies, it would be too hardcore and no longer "user friendly" to your customers. But die cutting was never about being user friendly, it is considered a heavy duty process. And considering the fact that this type of dies is exorbitantly expensive to make and very few people makes them, it offers absolutely ZERO economic advantage for any low volume, on demand shop to even consider buying it.
