I am a total keiko stan so I never really noticed a change in her voice other than the fact that it feels like her voice has more conviction. Her voice is wonderful and she is an amazing singer none the less.
keiko's gesture is always so captivating. her charisma is so...scary 😂 everytime shes on screen, i always freeze haha it's amazing. aria has always been my favourite kalafina song, i remember watching kara no kyoukai when i just started middle school. l
I went here when I learned Keiko will finally getting her solo artist debut. The news really made me happy. At last, the three of them have their own solo career. But here I am, imagining and wishing they would one day perform live together once again. Their harmony is still the best thing in this world. 💕
That is a very high level of Composing Kajura-san!! Especially Sprinter!! Everyone is singing a different song at the same time and all work together, i can't even believe!!
Her voice may have changed but her passion and vocal power has grown only stronger. I can 'see' her raw emotions in her voice as much as on her powerful expressions

This is the only live where she makes an appearance, and you can hear her amazing voice Live in here, which is another thing that makes this live unique.) I'd say there is four songs I adore Hikaru the most of the songs, Aria, Sprinter, Magia, and Destination Unknown. I absolutely just adore her voice in all of those songs, obviously still love it either way but ya know, she shines in those four.

I like this one more tbh - much darker and deeper. Plus, it is not neccesarily only due to changed in hikaru's voice. Maybe Hikaru or even Yuki Kaj herself suggested "Maybe lowering it a key will allow us to express it better"
@@laurant4282 Actually the first time they did this new version of Aria was in an only fans live or one of the Acoustic lives, I can't recall very well, but Hikaru said that they changed the key of the song because of her voice. She said something like "I know my voice isn't the same as it was years ago" and the proceded to sing "Aria" in this new lower key version.
@@UmikoElement plus if you compare this version with the original - hikaru sings with more....classiness? Like she understands the song more and also has gained more musicality? (Theres a specific word for this but i cant remember) All three of them have in my opinion. Especially that in this live all of the musicians made tiny tweaks to kajiuras music. Like the pauses in the kajiurago riff in Aria - and that long pause in Hikarifuru that they added. This aria reaks with musical understanding - balanced perfectly with raw passion.

A perfect display of pure talent + raw energy. Any other so-called singer who relies on skimpy costume + boobs & butts + sexualized dance move + controversy should be ashamed of themselves.
And then there are all of those "fans" which say that hikaru and wakana cant sing anymore. I dont understand that becuase this is such a recent performance and they are perfect. Wakana's voice has changed but she is able to switch back too or imitate her old voice very easily, and hikaru's voice just got lower.
If there is one positive that I enjoy about Hikaru's new voice is that it now allows Keiko's contralto to be heard a bit more and blend in with Hikaru's to create something really nice. Previously in songs like Aria and Sprinter, I always felt that Hikaru's voice overpowers everyone and all I could hear was her. Of course, many would argue that Aria and Sprinter really are meant to be "Hikaru" songs so it makes sense her soprano should stand out, and that's fine. But now that Hikaru has to sing lower, I think the new sound she creates with Keiko's harmony is also rather unique and cool.

Kalafinaは母も好きになって、それまではライブは音が大きすぎて怖い。絶対カラオケなんて恥ずかしいから嫌だ。と音楽全般に苦手意識がある母が｢2人ならパート分けして歌えるから楽しいね！｣と趣味が歌になったり、｢Kalafina見たいからライブのチケットの取り方教えて｣とはしゃぐようにまでなりました。3人と梶浦さんのおかげで私と母の間で楽しみが増えました。ありがとうございます。
母と2人で行った武道館は一生の思い出です。
今はこんなご時世だからカラオケは行けないけれど、落ち着いたらまた母とKalafinaを歌いたいです。
