One day I woke up, rubbed my eyes, shuffled about and out of nowhere it just hit me HARD. We are more ghosts then living at this point. we made everything so stale, so lifeless, so transactional that we killed what life was in us, just to exist in stasis comfortably sedated from potential. Good, and bad. . .

Teddie Kackz was right in the end, this is what happens when you trade uncertainty for security an stability, it kills the primal instincts/beast inside you, just look at universe 25 experiment, that's what we are going through right now...

its crazy how life changed so much when i was little, i always played fought my friends and fighting was pretty much my life that time. As i grew older that urge to fight became more tamed and that fire faded

That's not correct. Women are being lied to. They don't own anything. This is a world of those who own the banks.

Well, women existed before, but got destroyed, thanks to the "patriarchy".
And, i'm not blaming the "Patriarchy", I freaking loved it.
What I am saying is, even though men were in charge, there were men who gave women power in the past as well. And every time that happened, those women did disastrous things that you don't want to talk about.

I do agree with the essence of what you are saying but just a few points to add. I think its easier now to have sex then its ever been and if you want to fight you can join a local grappling, mma or boxing gym. Back in the day you didn't have dating apps where you can potentially meet people extremely easily. Back in the day you had to go out and actually make things happen for yourself, yes it was maybe more violent back then but not in a positive way. Combat sports has helped cannel aggression in a way that is more safe and productive. Also nothing is stopping anyone from leaving the front door to go out and talk to girls in real life, which is easier to do because less people do it and you stand out more. The truth is men are having less sex because they probably want the very attractive girls which takes effort to get regardless of what era you're living in as there are in higher demand. When i was growing up. I encountered a lot of violence and it was extremely destructive, a lot of the people i knew involved in it all are dead or in prison. that is a much worse fate than spending your evenings on tiktok. I guess one should distinguish the difference between violence and fighting.

    Amen brother!
I would rjou that those two things are two different manifestations of the same thing:violence. Sex is violent in essence, it has to be. I'm not talking about beating up anyone I'm talking about the act of it. So basically yeah you learn a lot about someone fighting him. On you're on the god dam point about what makes us confident as a man.
    Keep it up.

You hit the nail on the head when you said repressing is definitely making things worse. But you have shared in this platform before that you should become the most authentic version of yourself. This always means fixing your relationship with masculinity, which you have already taken your first steps towards, and you're doing in a way that is authentic to you, but not everyone is going to find authenticity in what you say. This part is your ego talking about it's very personal relationship with these activities and then projecting it into some sort of universal clause, but not everyone will find truth in it.
Masculinity means imposing, femeninity means flowing. These are not societal or even biological concepts, these are two different ways of seeing and interacting with the world. Masculinity is taking the straightest path, while femeninity is letting the path take you wherever it wants.
Sparring, or any physical activity, is a great way to let yourself be in the moment. You are imposing your body onto another, feeling it's force, reacting to it, it requires you to be present, to be intuitive, but the mere act of being able to hurt another human being physically is not really part of the equation.
Fighting when there is no simulated environment has no other real on your psyche other than anxiety, and in fact, when practicing a martial art, most will also train you to get rid of this anxiety as a way to become conscious of your physical actions before you start fighting. So, in the end, practicing the martial art, or in your case, sparring with friends, is the important bit. Not the actual violence part. I strongly believe any sport can do this without a problem, and a lot of people will find it a lot more genuine to themselves to do competitive swimming or to practice Rugby than to do play pretend fighting. I'm not putting it down, but that's how someone that is into another practice could see sparring.
And there's a million ways to go about this as well. Someone who skates is fighting a bunch of different forces, from their own balance, to gravity, to their own biological bias towards physical safety, it's a very complete sport. When done in groups, it becomes competitive, and it's a much more complex level of competitiveness because you can't out-skate someone. You have to know what people like to see as well as what you and your oponent can do to place yourself in a multi-leveled hierarchy that you can climb over time.
Owning the room in conversation is another one. If you're a curious person, and feel like yourself while learning, learning anything, skills, books, videos, talking to people, any way to impose your ideas is also masculine. So, for those people, teaching people, guiding people, being the leader of a dynamic, proposing a dynamic, healhty debates, being a boss, these are all ways you can impose your ideas and masculinity.
For me and for many others making money is the most direct way to feel masculine. Thriving in business meetings, thriving in the art of persuation, of strategy, of subtext, being good at re-framing somehting in different ways, these are pretty darn violent conversations if you know how to read the sub-text, so it is a good way to also practice attacking and defending yourself. In fact, these are a little bit more essential in today's world than straight up knowing how to fight (although i am biased, because admittedly, THESE (business related) are the activities I feel the most LIKE A MAN doing, and DAMN do they invigorate me. If I didn't do them I would actually be less genuine, and would repress my masculinity).
I prefer to work on my body directly, I take my workout very seriously, but I could live without it. I have practiced BJJ for a few years now with the intent to be able to use my body as a weapon, and while it has been a very fulfilling experience, I could honestly live without it. I've never really had to use it either, but i am stil lprepared for the day that i do.
Anyway, sorry for the long text, thak you for sharing your thoughts and experiences. Sending you love!

Not all of us enjoy being in a world full of violent and lusty men! How wonderful that some bit of empathy and awareness has happened and there are more efforts at tolerance and communication in some parts of the world. I would suggest moving to where what you are missing is still alive and well. Please, lets not go backwards-- the idea is to evolve.
