    Id also like you to share a beer with someone from the women's peloton to talk about difference/similarities in life as a pro. Maybe someone like Ashleigh Moolman Pasio.
    Another interesting one would be Biniam Girmay to talk about cycling in Africa, the emergence of Eritrea as a cycling nation and how it is to become a pro from Africa.

    Fast forward one year and wow what an amazing season Matteo Jorgenson is having.
    2024 Paris-Nice winner and an impressive last stage attack on Roglic's leader jersey at the Dauphiné, settling for second place overall!
    Should be a super domestique in 2024 TdF and perhaps take home a stage win.

    Hey Harry!
    The focusing seems to be snapping between you two but there's a simple workaround for that. Just put the camera in manual mode and at a higher f-stop (say f8 or f11) and then just prefocus it (manually) with one of you sitting down before you start recording. Et voila, no focus snapping during the video!
    As others recommended I'd tilt the camera slightly down, following the rule of thirds is also a really easy way to frame. Simply select a 3x3 grid in your camera, have the first line from the top be at +- eyelevel and it's always gonna look good. You can also use the vertical lines to position yourself and your subject in the frame.
    Another tip is that perhaps you might want to have your subject take up more space than you do, in order to focus more on the interviewee rather than the interviewer.
    The audio is great!
    I thoroughly enjoyed this video though, great content and I'm very excited to see more of this!

    This is such a great format. I love to get to know a lot of riders better.
    I have one improvment suggestion. I would prefer to tilt the camera angle down a little, so we can see more of you guys and also you gestures with the hands. You could put the pictures (which I really love and appreciate) e.g. on the lower half. At the moment it's like 40% you guys and 60% the view. Me personally would go for around 80% or even more of you guys.
    Keep up the great and interesting content :D

    Love the content. Hope this comment gets buried, or delete it if possible. Couple quick tips on interview style vids.
    1. When the interviewee is speaking try not to add "fillers" Ie, no "yeah". If you feel like you need to add reassurance, just nod (this will also be really helpful down the track if you need clean sound bites).
    2. When the person is speaking, stay present, don't refer to your notes for the follow up. if you're not at the point of questions on the fly then wait till they're finished, then look at your cheat sheet, then ask the follow up. Which leads me to;
    3. Once the interview's finished, grab some quick cut-away shots, Ie record some B roll of yourself nodding, or the scenery, stills or graphics or whatever you like. You can edit this in to truncate any bits you don't like, (eg, you looking at your notes). The old school way of doing it was to shoot the persons hands, it's weird, but look at any traditional interviews and there's a metric ton of hand shots. Alternatively, which is the style of most content creators now, is to "jump cut" this is just a hard cut of sections you don't like, there's no continuity, and frankly audiences have gotten used to it where they don't even notice anymore.
    I hope this helps. Love what you're doing and love following your career.
