સુખડી બનાવવાની રીત - Sukhadi Recipe - Gujarati Sweets - Sukhdi

This video shows how to make Sukhadi/ Sukdi with proper measurements for perfect taste at home!
Sukhdi is a traditional Gujarati Sweet made from jaggery. It is a healthy sweet that uses ghee instead of oil which is very nutritive.
Ingredients:
Ghee - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Gaund/ Edible Gum - 1 Tbsp
Malai - 2 Tbsp
Jaggery - 1 Cup
Nuts
