    I’m very busy right now hopefully. I’ll check my schedule . I’ll do that after . Reduce damage ignore things lost pretend if you knew what would happen what would you do. If your not choosing what is best for you then it’s a bad choice. Admit failure . Be aware of your habits. The time off you create focus to choose what you need to do what is important to you organise thoughts and priotize

    Such an incredible advice🥲🥲💟

  • @danielmalinen6337
    @danielmalinen6337 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    I understand the advice that not everyone has to be friends if they don't want to. But as an extrovert, I recognize my need for quality friends and socializing to recharge my mental batteries and to be able to recover, but the consuming loneliness, constant fatigue and depression tend to keep me away from work life that would allow free time social activities. Ii is a self-feeding cycle. And because no one wants to hire a depressed and tired employee, sometimes it's hard for me to find jobs or even free internships. My problem stems from my childhood when I didn't have real friends and we moved all the time, there were only loose acquaintances who came and went and we never met or were in contact again. And the situation has continued into adulthood, and the therapists' advice such as "not everyone has to have friends," "many people enjoy being alone," and "you should learn to charge your batteries when you're alone" have not helped but actually worsened my condition. But my point was supposed to be that it's worth listening to yourself and researching what your own personal and individual needs are.

    IF YOU MISS THE OPPORTUNITY……THEN IT WASNT AN OPPORTUNITY…..
    WHAT YOU MISS IS “YOUR END AND YOUR FEELING OF THE END” THATS PURPOSED IN THE OPPORTUNITY.
    YOUR END + YOUR FEELING OF THE END TURNS OPPORTUNITY INTO YOUR “IDENTITY”

    YOU ONLY HAVE “ENERGY” TO FEEL YOUR END…..
    YOU ONLY HAVE “ENERGY” FOR YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS FEELING TO FULFILL YOUR CONSCIOUS MIND
    IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FEELING FOR YOUR END…..THEN YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY FEEL A PHYSICAL DISCOMFORT

    I like this channel but laziness is very physiological. My brother and my dad wake up at 4 am and it’s hard for my mother and I to get out of bed and get going. I recently learned that I have a condition that causes chronic fatigue. Now that I understand it, I can treat the condition with diet, which has improved my energy levels.
    The world gives no excuses for laziness. My point is that it’s more complex than what a motivated person might say.

    Essential purpose , things associated with your purpose . Miss good opportunities and focus on things you are willing to give your all to. Setting limits limits will always exists, if is this essiential to my purpose does this fit with what I’ve want what I think is important. Choose one do I love it focus on that one thing. Set limits essientialist say yes to what is right. You know what you need you miss you. You can’t be popular with everyone ask the time.
