I never expected to see Juan Carlos Bodoque (the red rabbit that kidnaps Mario) in an SMG4 video. For context he's a character in a puppet show from Chile called "31 Minutos" that it means to be a news show but with a comedic spin. Juan Carlos is in charge of the "nota verde" a segment of the show usually meant to be about echology or places around Chile

Thanks to this episode, i can safely say that not all modern smg4 is bad. This became one of my favourite videos after rewatching it. The creativity and jokes all land very well. I recommend this to anyone who wants a funny modern video.

If it really goes ALL the way (the ones where it’s not even mr incredible anymore), it gets super weird and even more uncomfortable than it already was. That’s where the meme goes too far and honestly, as much as I like some creepy stuff, I do not like this meme.
Needless to say I was quite surprised to see that SMG4 made an episode on it.

As a fan of the show 31 Minutos, i most certainly was surprised seeing Bodoque here and him being the antagonist, with his goal to delete Mario also being played seriously.

Huh, it makes sense that we see Mario without his friends in this episode, I just didn’t expect this episode alone would raise a lot of questions when you address the information from previous episodes, also (and this is what I and quite possibly a few others out there) I would love to see SMG4 make those “What If…?” Scenarios from that episode a while back as actual alternate universes, that way we could see Desti and Axol making a comeback, you know what I mean?

This is the most creative and mind-bending SMG4 episode I've seen in a long time, maybe since the hangover episode back in 2014. Amazing-ass job to Luke and his writing/editing staff. It's like a throwback to classic SMG4 but laced in tons of psychogenic drugs and a Madoka-esque deconstruction of the format of SMG4 as a blooper series.
imagine the levels of irony you need to be in to be fully aware of making-this-shitpost while making this shitpost. these 12 minutes are beyond Madoka levels of deconstruction. stare into the meta and the meta will stare right back
