    This is really really impressive. Thank you so much for sharing your compass project. I'm currently printing the housing and have just ordered all of the electronic components based on your guidance. Great stuff!

      Hi. I am trying to make a flight sim at hope and was looking at your videos. Though, they dont have good instruction and it was hard for me to follow. Can you make a vid showing you have and what you did? Thanks.

      I have used these switches:

      and printed the numbers on white sticker paper.

    What instruments and instrument panel housing did you use?

    • @flyforfun3174
      @flyforfun3174  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is a screen behind the panel to simulate the instruments. For more please check the website on the description.

    Cannot see the whiskey compass with no lighting, it is a black blob.

      Yea you are right, you can just add a led and glue it inside. In the 3d printed compass I think there is a place for a led diode.

      @@flyforfun3174 any tips for a newbie to electronics trying to wire up said LED?

      @@PeterGMcDermott hi there, please take a look here, it is straight foreward:
      www.mobiflight.com/en/tutorials/led-parking-brake.html
      In the example you will have the led for the parking brake but same principle applies for everything else.
