Eminem probably has no idea about how many people he inspired with his songs, especially this one. When "Not Afraid" came out, I was hooked on stimulants and sleeping pills and felt lost and alone in a dead end road. Then I listened to it and I realized that the way out of pills actually exists, but I had to keep strong and look for it. His song and his own example inspired me to keep strong, look for the way out and walk away from the pills. Thanks Em..
To be honest when I listen to Tragic Endings and Castle, his voice sounds like he had this song produced a few years ago and not 2017 because if you compare that to how his voice sounds now, they sound different. Especially Castle where he says "I'm getting sick of chasin' this illusion" or "I'ma turn into someone", it sounds like he changed some parts of the lyrics and put them in the song just recently.
Bruh!! I just came back from a 2017 Vid of Skylar Grey ft Eminem "The Way You Lie", dang Drummer is still doing great there and it's 2020! HAHAHAHHA Epic as fuk

There's just something about this performance that get's me.... Him rapping with this song with the blonde hair just resonated with me because it's a representation of how far he's come. His musical journey and his spiritual journey. We first got introduced to Eminem with blonde hair back in 99 with him saying all these crazy things and now here he his. After all these years, still the same guy with the same blonde hair who's gone through so much and has come out on top. And I love how his face looks all rough because it shows how he's been through so much shit and is still standing and still here. That's what him performing this song at this moment means to me.
Ikr, back in the days he would sing "Hi my name is Slim Shady" with a kind of unexperienced vibe and a lot of energy around the stage, today he is rapping with the weight of the years of his career and he seems more focused on the message he's delivering while he's on stage. Em truly grew up, he used to inspire energy and insolence, now he oozes charisma.

This song will never be boring
I love the passion in this.
All the instruments in this live mix really add to the song.
Wow Kon is still with him, this is beautiful to see, after everything that happened between D12.
What happened? I don't know much about Eminem's collabs.
D12 is his groop :^)
Pircurlec Hertbye I figured that out a long time ago.
Oh haha soz
@@Johkah I mean officially he left d12 in 2012, but he's been Ems hype man pretty consistently and I think he's a producer for shady records and worked with loads of artists. Nothing else to it really other than he's pretty close to em
Thank you BBC radio 1 this made my day better :3
In general, this song tells about the message not to be afraid to face the world, including trying something good.
Damn Denaun is a real one regardless of the money, Man has stuck by him forever.
He has been with him since day one.. RESPECT!!
Damn right, people don't appreciate Mr. Porter for who he truly is, a talented rapper, skilled producer, and loyal friend.
Mad respect for Kon Artist.
This is the best I heard him sound on a live setting. Every songs he did that day had a great sound quality. I think the studio set helped
Love you Em! Been a fan since I was 14!!!
This performance is so real. I would be really hard to differentiate with real song if only Eminem had sang but I still enjoy it. Live from India
I LOVE HOW EM DOESN'T AUTO TUNE THAT MUCH and when performing live, he still and always sounds like GOD!!! #PERFECT
Em music helped me get out of a dark place alway partying popping pills. This song and Going through changes saved me ull never know but thanks em
Good to see the old man alive and kicking.
This sounds even better in live session🔥🔥💯
Thank you Em you really helped me a lot,, wn I was down and depressed, this is therapy to me
It takes talent to rap your life into words and make it a hit. I'm happy Dr Dre took that risk. God bless and thanks for the songs that has help millions get thru their own struggles.
This song is really a masterpiece ❤️❤️
The song that got me to clean up my act... If a song can save a life, this is the song
These videos will shine forever.
His presence is enough to go crazy about him ❤️✨
This could well be the one thing that helps me beat alcoholism. He makes me feel strong when I listen to this. I think this song came into my life at the right time. Thank you Eminem. Love this version too x
Rappers are divided as following : EMINEM and others.

Eminem, Shinoda and others
More like the ogs and others
Tupac, Biggie, Eminem and others

I'm not afraid (I'm not afraid)
To take a stand (to take a stand)
Everybody (everybody)
Come take my hand (come take my hand)
We'll walk this road together, through the storm
Whatever weather, cold or warm
Just letting you know that you're not alone
Holler if you feel like you've been down the same road (same road)
[Intro (during Chorus):]
Yeah, it's been a ride
I guess I had to, go to that place, to get to this one
Now some of you, might still be in that place
If you're trying to get out, just follow me
I'll get you there
You can try and read my lyrics off of this paper before I lay 'em
But you won't take the sting out these words before I say 'em
Cause ain't no way I'ma let you stop me from causing mayhem
When I say I'ma do something I do it,
I don't give a damn what you think,
I'm doing this for me, so fuck the world
Feed it beans, it's gassed up, if it thinks it's stopping me
I'ma be what I set out to be, without a doubt undoubtedly
And all those who look down on me I'm tearing down your balcony
No ifs, ands or buts, don't try to ask him why or how can he
From "Infinite" down to the last "Relapse" album
He's still shitting, whether he's on salary paid hourly
Until he bows out or he shits his bowels out of him
Whichever comes first, for better or worse
He's married to the game, like a fuck you for Christmas
His gift is a curse, forget the Earth, he's got the urge
To pull his dick from the dirt, and fuck the whole universe
[Chorus]
Okay quit playing with the scissors and shit, and cut the crap
I shouldn't have to rhyme these words in the rhythm for you to know it's a rap
You said you was king, you lied through your teeth, for that
Fuck your fillings, instead of getting crowned you're getting capped
And to the fans, I'll never let you down again, I'm back
I promise to never go back on that promise, in fact
Let's be honest, that last "Relapse" CD was ehhh
Perhaps I ran them accents into the ground
Relax, I ain't going back to that now
All I'm trying to say is get back, click-clack, blow
Cause I ain't playing around
It's a game called circle and I don't know how, I'm way too up to back down
But I think I'm still trying to figure this crap out
Thought I had it mapped out but I guess I didn't, this fucking black cloud
Still follows me around but it's time to exorcise these demons
These motherfuckers are doing jumping jacks now!
[Chorus]
And I just can't keep living this way
So starting today, I'm breaking out of this cage
I'm standing up, I'ma face my demons
I'm manning up, I'ma hold my ground
I've had enough, now I'm so fed up
Time to put my life back together right now! (now)
It was my decision to get clean, I did it for me
Admittedly, I probably did it subliminally
For you, so I could come back a brand new me you helped see me through
And don't even realize what you did, 'cause believe me you
I been through the ringer, but they could do little to the middle finger
I think I got a tear in my eye, I feel like the king of
My world, haters can make like bees with no stingers
And drop dead, no more beef lingers
No more drama from now on, I promise
To focus solely on handling my responsibilities as a father
So I solemnly swear to always treat this roof, like my daughters
And raise it, you couldn't lift a single shingle on it!
Cause the way I feel, I'm strong enough to go to the club
Or the corner pub, and lift the whole liquor counter up
Cause I'm raising the bar
I'd shoot for the moon but I'm too busy gazing at stars
I feel amazing and I'm...
[Chorus]
Im not afraid to Take my step to this Sucsses this World
Doesn't surprise me Eminem you're a legend mate not many rappers can do what he can do the king
A voz do Eminem é incrível 👏🏽
Em's prime live performances were in 1999/2000 and then he peaked again in 2013/2014. Find me a rapper that does this today.
