We use essential pool cleaner on the concrete for cleaning. This is a chlorinating liquid that can be purchased at any local Wal-mart. If you are unable to find it you can substitute it with bleach.

The porch restoration was the icing on the cake. You work diligently and efficiently. I came for the power washing, and stayed for the painting. The grey color looks better than the original red color. I hope you post a short with the porch refurbished with the furniture and planters. I recognized the magnolia tree in the front yard, by the dead leaves on the ground. There are two huge magnolia trees on the front lawn (...really a strip of yard) of my apartment building, and the dead leaves create a big mess. The property owner should trim 40% of the trees.
Believe it or not she got a real treat that day. Her lawn care guy showed up and trimmed everything and gave her a major polish to go with her new front porch.

Great Sunday afternoon surprise video, another great job well done sir, love the grey paint on the porch, actually looks a lot better than the red that was on it, I know I made a comment on a different video a ways back about using a turbo nozzle for edging concrete, and I believe you are just as resourceful as I am, and you have to have some scrap metal laying around the house, take a piece about 6 inches by 8 and with out a tip on your pressure washer wand, figure out how wide you will need to get a tip/turbo nozzle to fit then bend the rest over at a 90 degree angle, drill a hole big enough for the tip/turbo nozzle and you'll have your edging blade for concrete sidewalks and driveways, might also see about a little wheel to have a height adjustment so the tip/turbo nozzle isn't directly on the concrete, hope this helps

That porch did need a renewal. Nice job cleaning and then painting. That overall is a fun upgrade.

That thing does a pretty good job for a homeowner unit. I substitute in a company that cleans rubber surfaces occasionally. With the turbo nozzle their 3500 lbs self driving diesel machine munches through a 220 gallon tank in 20 minutes on full tilt. Volume is bigger but pressure about the same. Good luck in your TH-cam adventure!
