The comment about pulling the plastic frame towards you is definitely the key to getting the door lock screw in. When it snaps, you are good. Otherwise you will never get that screw back in. To the commenter, thank you SO much!!!!

It must be ensured that the inner plastic piece that he pulled in the third step is in place and fixed so that it appears from outside the door.... and the key leash is in place... and to make sure of that, look inside a place and install it in the three axes.... This will result in that The screw is exactly in place
I had the same issue, the plastic frame that holds the handle and lock was off center, I pulled it towards me and I head a click, I then pushed the door lock from the outside while trying to tighten it with my electric screwdriver and it went right in. Hope this helps, if you have any questions or need pictures just reply back and ill help as much as I can.
Thank you very much for show us how to replace the handle God bless you👍👍👍👍💪

How can I get the back door open if the child lock is on and handle is broken?
What is the part name or number that breaks when pulling door handle
Is it not just the handle itself? Mine broke and it's a piece of plastic that's a part of the handle.
I can’t get the screw back in. Any help?
