Hey bro … in embryonic stem cell mediated gene transfer, at the final step after injecting the targeted embryonic stem cells into the blastocyst and placing it in a mouse 🐁… the mouse doesn’t give birth to two offsprings with different genetic make up but rather it gives birth to a chimeric mouse. A chimeric organism is composed of cells from two or more genetically distinct individuals.
My seminar topic is "gene transfer to animal cells" I was so confused about methods... But after watching this... I feel relaxed lil bit🙂 thank you sir 🙏 I hope I can...
I'm a little bit confused. In embryonic stem cell mediated gene transfer method, if the the target genes are incorporated into the ESCs and then added to blastocyst and finally when it is implanted into the host, why do the host has to undergo fertilization? Because after fertilization, the blastocyst will be formed.
In microinjection technique, can we use sperm cell as a host.??After which we fertilize egg cell and the sperm which have foreign DNA. So kindly give me ans...

WHICH FACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEXT GENERATION WILL TRANSFER INTO GENE TARGETED MICE OR NORMAL MICE.
When foreign DNA is transferred to the host cell, how does the foreign DNA bind to the nuclear DNA of the host cell?

Thanks yrr
Sir ak video hinde me bhi bta de
sir please help me with retroviral gene transfer
Sure
Go to 5:07 for embryonic stem cells
Sir what is difference between electroporation and microinjection
Electrical voltage is used in electroporation for creating pores around cell membrane. And in microinjection you can see it in the video
Sir thelugulo cheppandi
Ur words are very speed.
Little difficult to understand 😐
Urdu mein ya hindi mein
Urdu mein explain krein sir
