They're at the bottom. If you look at the car in the video you will see 2 little hexagons near the splitter. The link is to an image that shows the lights on.

When are y’all gonna make a car that can go over 235 MPH
Without an electronic limiter an Aventador goes above 230 mph. I think it would do 234 or 235 mph. There is a video somewhere of one going 230 and it was stock, besides removing the limiter.
