If you've got flies, check this out. It's been a game changer for us after we installed these. While we filmed this in a few hours, over days, it's been amazing! Let us know your thoughts!

They stink but they are really effective around the coops. It's unreal how many flies they kill!

We used one of these in the woods right behind our chicken coop, and it has definitely caught a lot of flies! My husband monitored it more closely than I did, but he was very happy with it.

I am surprised how many flies fit in the bag. I didn't know there were that many in the coop! Thanks for watching and commenting!

We have tried several and this one is by far the best we have found. In the yard try to put 1 or 2 at a lower level.

They are awesome....I was amazed at the amount of flys that entered the bag. As you said they sure do work...I have two dogs and it has gotten rid of so many fly. Time for another trip to Home Depot to purchase more of them.

These are awesome. Check out the link in the description. I think the link will have cheaper prices at Amazon. That's the only place I buy them as I haven't found a price that good. I've still got three left over from last year. Cheers!

These traps and simular traps are really good...BUT..you wont want them near your smelling range! They reak..bad...Also it is advised to put them away from the areas to draw the flies away from the location. You will not want that one staying on your deck. I use them out of desperation! They work well fly sticky items can potentially trap little birds that zip in for a drink of water! Love your channel! I have 18 chickens..at least 2 roosters..what a great way to spend lots of money! They are so fun!

    • @TheOldSwedesFarm

I moved the one on the deck after it had filled up! It was amazing how many flies were there. I agree about the smell (fish?). I'd never want it in my house Thanks for watching and commenting Carol!

    G'day Rich.
That was excellent mate. Something we need here. Flies are an issue in the warmer months, even if we did not have chickens.
I just went to Amazon Australia to get some and the pricing it not friendly here.
    $38.00 for a 2 pack. Ouch!
    All the best.
    Daz.

What?! What's the exchange rate with the dollar? That seems immense for a price difference. These are incredible but not at $19 each. I hope you can find a lower cost model. Let me know if I can help. Cheers Daz!

Do you guys have a normal fly season? We have flies everywhere from July until it freezes and they are so nasty. I can hardly be outside right now they bite so bad.
Glad it is working so well for ya. Great review Rich.

We do get flies in the summer and I've noticed them more with chickens. I don't think we've ever had a fly season though. These really do the trick! Maybe it would help you be able to be outside! Cheers!

Absolutely genius idea, thsoe seem to be working great!!!! That is one thing PRAISE the Lord I don't deal with much, but we ALL know the other demon creatures I do deal with though 😡😡😡😡 Maybe that's the ticket, start using yellow jacket traps 🤣🤣🤣🤣 That is sure going to make being outside I'm sure alot more delightful Mr Rich!! Great review, hope you swing back to them later on a more long term basis!! Thank you my friend, cheers Mr Rich!! Hi to the Mrs for me as well 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸😁😁😁🐝🐝🐝

Yes! Best fly trap ever. I used those long before I had animals up here. For whatever reason, The Shack attracted swarms of flies (no food left up here, no animals.. I guess they came in for the shade and before rainstorms. It was crazy!!!!). That fly trap worked GREAT but it stunk so bad (inside The Shack). So I bought a different brand this time. (for the quail and chickens). I regret not having ordered the Rescue Brand again.

    @grantalexandergiliomee2777 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Hi
Take a video and count the catch per minute. Then you can count the qty of flies. So if you kill say 5000 a day and after a week you still do that qty/minute double up on the traps until the fly population starts to slow down. Then you do maintenance on those traps. If you have neighbours then coordinate the traps with theirs in the same manner. Also make sure the trap waste is dealt with in a way the eggs, larvae and pupae are killed.
    Good luck.
    Grant
