It Makes me wonder why 2002 Band is not talked about everywhere, they have made some of the most beautiful melodies you can hear, of course there has been success but you have to dig deep to find their music, I can listen to this endlessly, is the soundtrack of my life.
This video compelled me to see that grand river as both wild & serene. Navigable in spots, a tumult in others. A highlight for me: to see waterfowl swimming so close to a dangerous hippo, at peace with each other in that peculiar dance of nature.
We love this one. Your music has a special place with us. It is beautiful and our playlists in our home and car always include your music. Thank you so much!
I don't know who needs to hear this but whatever is worrying you right now, forget about it. Take a deep breath, stay positive, and know that things will get better.💖
Sometimes you have to keep playing a song over and over, to make sure it's as good as you think it is, before you go off at the deep end and start proclaiming it - *A jaw-dropping masterpiece.* See you at the many sources, *dear 2002 Band* 😍🎶🌿
💚Cuando la musica brota del corazón como notas que danzan hacia el infinito nuestro espíritu se ilumina, nuestras vidas se encienden en una cancion eterna, en una melodia sin principio ni fin...
To the person who is reading this comment, its okay, its alright to feel lonely sometimes, if you are going through tough times, keep pushing through, but never give up, i wish you great success in health, love and happiness!
I just want to get through one more day. I lost my husband to suicide three months ago after 38 years of marriage. Unbeknownst to me he had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I never got to say goodbye. I am broken.
Dear Ms. Slicer, as I was listening to this beautiful piece of music, I saw your heartbreaking news. I am truly sad for your loss. While no one can feel the impact of the loss of your long time best friend and husband, we can understand that it can be hard when a loved one goes away for an extended stay somewhere especially when all contact has been lost. What can we do? Until contact is restored, we can rely on all of our good memories, look at the pictures we have of our loved one and reminisce on some of those good times we shared. In this way, you do not really have to say goodbye to your beloved husband and friend. There once lived on the earth a very wise and caring person, a teacher, who loved the entire world as much as his Father does and he eventually gave up his life in their behalf in order that after they passed away, much later on, his Father could give them life again on earth and in heaven through the value of the teacher's sacrifice. The teacher was on his way with some of his students to visit some friends of his. He told his students that their mutual friend had fallen asleep and that he was journeying there to awaken him. His students said to him, "if he is sleeping, he will get well." What they didn't realize is their teacher had been speaking about their friend's death, but his students imagined he was taking rest in sleep. Then their teacher plainly said that their friend had died. The teacher was teaching his students that death can be likened to sleep. We all understand how we are when we sleep deeply. If we don't get up during the night for water or other things, we will sleep through the night, not aware of how much time has passed nor will we be aware of our surroundings until, of course, we awaken and see how much time has passed and how different the new day looks from the previous day. The Author who inspired this written account, is helping us to understand the true, current state of human beings when they pass from life to death that they are asleep and cannot be affected by any external influence on earth or in the grave nor can they influence anyone. Their mind and feelings they once had are totally inert, inactive and nonexistent. And that is the state your husband is in, Ms. Slicer, he is resting in peace not experiencing any of the agonizing pain that made him fall asleep before you could be there with him to comfort him. It is obvious you loved your husband so much, but his being asleep without you there and him being away from your physical sight is still painful. So, how can this account give you comfort? In the account the teacher told his students that he was traveling to where his friend was to "awaken him." And since the account said that his friend in reality died, how could this teacher awaken him from this kind of sleep? It was his Father who had the power to awaken the teacher's friend which he would give to the teacher who in reality, was then and still is the Father's Son. In fact, as the teacher was preparing to awaken his friend, who by then had been "asleep" for four days and had started to decay and smell, the account said, he, that is the teacher, "raised his eyes heavenward" and spoke to his Father in front of all the gathered crowd of mourners. After he had spoken personally to his Father, and called out to his friend to come out of the burial place, wonder of wonders happened! The teacher's friend was awakened and his body fully restored from the decay, just as the teacher promised he would do for his friend. Can you imagine the unspeakable joy that everyone there, especially the man's family and friends felt, as they witnessed this wonderful event? What a beautiful and wonderful act of love through the teacher and the teacher's Father! Everytime I read that account, it gives me chills, gives me hope and comfort, because this is a foregleam of what the teacher himself will do later, earthwide, because his Father later gave him all authority in heaven and all the earth to do that and so much more! Even before that joyous event, the teacher made this profound statement about helping people awaken from that kind of sleep. He said, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." Then he used a very specific term right after he said that - resurrection, which literally means to "stand up again." Also, the term "memorial tombs" means that our loved ones are kept safely in the teacher's and the Father's memory. What can that mean for you? If you put your trust in the truthfulness of that account and the heavenly power behind it, you are invited by both of them to be there to welcome your beloved husband and any one of your other loved ones back to life. They will restore your husband back to the way he was before his illness took his life, the way you remembered and loved him. Do you know how much the teacher and his Father look forward to being there with you to witness your joy along with countless others who are waiting for their loved ones too? Notice please, this heartwarming, inspired letter from the Father of the teacher, "If an able-bodied man dies, can he live again? All the days of my compulsory service (in the grave) I shall wait, until my relief comes. You will call and I myself will answer you. For the work of your hands you will have a yearning." Yes, the Father and the teacher yearn for that time as much as you will when the time has come for you to be there to see it and welcome him back with intense hugs and lots of kisses! There is this promise from the Father in a revelation which he gave to his Son, the teacher, found in the Bible book of Revelation 21:4 which reads, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” I hope this will help comfort you as you grieve, Ms. Slicer. Take good care of yourself, please. There are many prayerful faces turned toward the Father through the teacher (Son) for you to be comforted and our Christian neighbor love will be there for you too. - Areldee
