If you want to finish the temple I suggest building that cement factory, and the debris crusher. 370k +60k (I Think). I enjoy the way you play the game without mod-renting, but! That temple Will require so many resources and time, and I don’t see you finishing it in under 200 episodes (given the current progression, 65 eps. In). Maybe take up a Loan for that production to speed it up? I’m confident you will make back the investment faster than you would expect. In any case, I’ll continue watching your videos.
I agree with you. I think it will more than pay for itself in short order, but I haven't done the math for how long it will actually take. Plus, now that there's no short planks to sell, it seems it will most likely save time by not driving to the warehouse and loading by hand.
Temple needs: 474,000 Wooden Beams 414,000 Long Planks 96,000 Roof Plates 12,000 Planks 54,000 Cement Bags. Combined cost of Roof Plates and Cement Bags is £150k (at ave £1k cost per item - the difference between purchase cost and sell price) He’s already completed a chunk of that so the bulk of his remaining items are wood. I suggest keep buying the cement products, save yourself the £330k cf + £99k debris crusher + land costs + £18k conveyer belts etc. Instead buy another sawmill and some forest, get planting oak trees and focus on the wood demand
Yes you are doing ok with buying the cement products, but you need to get the stone crusher to provide the stones! It is a constant supply of stones! More than enough for the cement factory. Buy it or hire it but get the stone crusher!
You get free stones if you build the debris crusher (the production, not the sell point). Alternatively the Modernised Grainmill is a nice profitable production too to also get pigfood, chaff and stones as by product.
Temple is a beast of a project. I've been using it as the sole focus of my wood production since I started and only just managed to get long planks half complete, wooden beams is only around 30% done, short planks was easier as only 13 pallets needed. Definitely think that a cement factory, debris crusher, and conveyor system should pay for itself by the time it's ticked through the required materials even with the production cost ticking in the background as the production cost on everything is basically being offset by your solar panels
Hi Chainsaw i heard you talking about the cement factory and you need to get stone to put it in to make cement products you should take a look at what Daggerwin did and it's a gone well you should give it a try, i really love your stuff you do it gives me ideas of what to do
set the debris crusher next to the cliff across from your house. you don't need to feed it rocks, then set up the cement factory and put a conveyor belt that picks up rocks and drops it into the cement holding area, then it's all automated and nothing to feed or maintain. IMO taking out a loan to float the whole thing is your best investment return and paying off you loan in just a few episodes. between you lumber and cement factory your progress on the temple will explode.
I definitely would like to see you continue on with this series past episode 100 there is so much more to achieve yet still this series could potentially be a 150 episode series maybe I like the new tele handler great choice much needed it’s being well overdue know for awhile the AI are still messing around and not perfect bit like the AI in FS 22 a little better but AI workers are still having there moments I think it would be amazing to buy the John Deere S790 combine it definitely would be ideal on your farm yes I know they are mostly popular on American and Australian farms but it definitely would fit in very well on your farm yes Your farm is evolving and getting bigger and you will need a bigger combine with a 30 foot header to keep up with the demand so the S790 is a perfect choice here 110% guaranteed definitely upgrade when you can

He kind of cheated with the cement factory..
He bought the stone crusher though. And that’s all the free stone you could want
@@jacobpounds2459 yes but not the land where the cement factory is , and of course not the factory
@@roberttoth8923 He did in a way but he still rents it to make the cement as he does with the sawmill

You could also look at it as if the short planks pay for the cement products you buy.
Combine went around with auger out this time
