Maybe not critical for the slab project but the stirrups (lateral ties) are not at 135 degree specification for seismic resistance. Otherwise, neat and nice construction.
You need to know the location first before you comment. Not all over the world has a seismic. Only applicable your 90° hook for for those location where has a seismic and earthquake place.

So in construction, it is better to be on the safe side.... besides, the cost difference fron 90deg to 135deg is minimal isn’t it? 😉
Big difference in cost, if the project cost is 1 billion from 90° to 135° you've minimized the cost effectively, let say 0.01% of the total project cost you have been saved not bad.

The one thing is saw on this was the rebar doesnt extend pass through column.. if the intent was to have 2 floor above this structure, i would be terrified cause there isnt enough overlapped between rebar on the column of foundation and the floor above.. on the other hand, if this is only supporting slab and no column passing through this slab, excellent job
I think this is not a proper procedure in concrete pouring the beams first exposed the top bars which will lessen the cross section area of the beam, that top part will be mostly for slab and doesnt have a monolithic design for slab and beams.
If it has been designed to be poured in two sections, then who is to say that it's the incorrect method? If the reduced cross section of the beam is enough to support the slab weight while it's poured, and the vertical bars sticking out of the beam are able to resist the horizontal shear forces due to the non monolithic design, then I can't see any problem with this.
