As stated in the video there are currently still massive problems with geometry culling when using Manhunt with RTX Remix, which can render the game unplayable in spots. Wouldn't this make the game basically unplayable? Since the placed shadows in key locations that exist throughout every level that you can hide in which work in tandem with the enemy placement simply don't exist anymore? For a game where u need to know where the shadows are to play it this doesn't work very well
Most hiding spots already line up well with the changed lighting. Checking them once all the lighting is added and stable is on the to-do list. It's just a matter of fine tuning it.
@@gabdeg793 Ah so you moved the original shadow boxes behaviour to the new shadowy spots created by the RTX lighting? It still messes up the original layout of the map design hiding spots that was made with the enemy placement in mind but better than nothing ^^

So hunters back in 2003 grathics can't see james at all unless they are half blind, but ij the remastered it can finally show why the hunters can't see cash at all.

Bringing Carcer City to life. As if this game wasnt disgusting, horrifying, & gritty already. You get a real sense of the vibe of this corrupt city

game relies on sharp baked in shadows to indicate hiding spots, most hiding spots wouldn't make sense after applying rtx
You can manually fix the lighting to make the hiding spots better all this has to be manually done its not just a click of a button
