I have lived in Wilsonville for 27 years. Raised 2 kids here. It is very safe, clean, convenient with Costco, Target & Safeway. Wilsonville is close enough to Portland to enjoy the Blazers, Great theater, concerts, etc...but far enough away to avoid the problems of Portland. I live 5 min blueberry picking, pumpkin patch & 5 min from where Frog Pond is being built. Our home is in the Meadows larger lots - we have 1/3 of an acre built in the 1990's. Home values in Wilsonville have more than doubled since we bought ours. The schools are excellent. Stay away from West side. Not because of crime or anything like that, but Eastside has newer Middle School, High School & another brand new elementary school being built in Frog Pond. Many AP classes offered at the High School, High Tech companies are located in Wilsonville lots of highly educated parents who work at Tech companies. We have a branch of a Clackamas Community College & Oregon Tech. It is a great place to live and raise a family. I love that as I drove my kids home from school we could go pick berries or pumpkins 5 min from the house or go for horse back riding lessons. Villebois is another big subdivision on the Westside, but you have the older middle school over there and many more apartments than on the East side.

Thank you for sharing your experiences of living in Wilsonville!
Thanks for the stroll. Well done!
Glad you enjoyed it!
How is the diversity and age group out there? Is it more like Irvine or Torrance California?
