There is a prologue in underverse called "truce" you should watch that first.
Also some people might tell you to watch xtale first but I suggest if you watch all of underverse season 1 first then you watch xtale

Me ho watched Underverse full s1 : Oh get ready for what is going to come next.
And I highly recommand that you go to the Undertale AU wiki and search these titles for a bit of information and to understand ho are the characters that we're going to meet and why they have such a behavor : Inktale, Xtale, Errortale, Dreamtale, Underfell, Coretale, Underswap, Outertale and Killertale.

Inktale, Errortale, Coretale and Killertale do not exist
the right terms would be "_____tale" for Ink (but now a OutCode character) and "Something New" for Killer (which is a Alternative Timeline)
Core!Frisk is a OutCode character who doesnt have an AU anymore, but they came from a Alternative Timeline from original Undertale and now has their own place, called the Omega Timeline
as for Error, originally Undertale, then Aftertale and now a OutCode character
