For some of my books in the same series, I'll use the same template. Which is normally the same text, just updating any details/series number, the same background, but then update individual images to personalise the book. That saves time and I think it works quite well for books in a series :)
I created two books on Lulu with the same cover, one red and one black which are for sale on Amazon. I did that when I first started creating books, before I knew better. I don't recommend it and have thought about deleting one of them. Neither have sold so that wouldn't help determine which one to delete. Maybe I should delete both since they haven't sold anyway. The bottom line is I wouldn't dare do that now. Creating a book cover is enjoyable to me, so there is no reason for me to take the lazy way. I now believe in quality over quantity. Every book is worth the extra time it takes to make it unique. My opinion of course.
I mistakenly uploaded gratitude journal for kids in kdp but (FIVE MINUTE GRATITUDE JOURNAL is trademarked ) can I use this gratitude journal for kids? please help
@@YourChicGeek As long as I use it in a unique way I don't get any problems right? like If trademarked word is bullet journal I can use bullet journal for kids is that right pls reply
@@UCSSREEHARISHMsoooo Im gonna put out a quick video tomorrow on trademarks and how to avoid using them in your book titles and etc to protect your account. Bullet Journal is a trademarked word. I would advise you to stay away from that word. Hope that helps!😊
Hey there! I have a video here on my channel that covers this a bit more. But...a few other places to sell journals and low content books are Lulu (but you cannot use your own interior), Etsy as digital downloads that people can use and also your own eCommerce shop as well. Hope that helps!
Hello I’m a single mother of 2 toddlers and am really trying to find ways to make money on the side of my full time job. I could really use your help on how to add pages to my cover/back of my journal. I’m very new to this but am very committed to doing this! Please help me
Hello there. If you are publishing journals for Amazon, you can check out the free two part series that Ive created on my channel for that. If youre creating a regular journal in 6x9, just add an extra page to the back in a solid color.

This is a great idea and example of how to "properly" do book covers. Thanks for sharing!
