You're right my dear, by the time their done with plastering, you will have a whole mess to your doors 🚪. Hence; please tell them to do their plastering to leave few inches close to the edge of the doors unplastered....such that, once the doors are fitted, they can do the final plastering and dressing.

Thanks for reaching out. We'll, a drawing does not have an average cost rather it depends on what goes into it. Mainly 1. Sekch 2. Electricals 3. Plumbing 4. Rendering (3D) Hence; A 4 bedroom house should be between Ghc 3,500 to 5,000 averagely.

He said profile,foundation and clearing the plot would be 6k ghc and pillar Settings and concrete casting would be 4,5k. For 4bedroom storey building. I don’t if it’s too much. So in total just for the foundation it would 10,5k. I don’t know if you can help me out.
