Acura please please please get rid of leatherette and just put leather in. That just seems ridiculous. Acura is a supposed to be a luxury brand of Honda and leatherette negates that whole statement.

Leather is available-- all you have to do it get the tech package at a minimum. If you are buying the base model Acura it's assumed you'd rather keep the price down rather than paying for leather. I don't think it's too much to ask for the consumer to spring an extra $3200 to get the tech package, which then gives you leather.
