Thank you for this motivation to not settle for any job. I’m finishing nursing school in December and want to work in the NICU. It seems impossible when you’re still in school!

You got this!!! If you can, I recommend doing your final practicum/preceptorship in the nicu if you can. Before you go to apply to a nicu new grad program it also wouldn’t hurt to get your nrp cert before applying. Just keep pushing through. It’ll be over before you know it!
