Oh, my brother, once you have PR, you can go to the embassy over there and apply for visit or tourist visa and start your process, and if you are having an Italian book, it is so simple to move there by going through the Normal process in Italy.

Italian citizen doesn't need a visa to go to Canada. Italian has six months stay in Canada but doesn't has a working permit.
