One is @ R6250 and says fully furnished with A& B apartments with specific blocks and the other one says R5750 A and B apartments with specific blocks but didn't say either furnished or not. Do you know the difference?
hey yes. they are all furnished. every apartment is, which includes a bed, fridge , microwave etc. the difference is that the 6.2K is fully furnished, i noticed they have a temple dryer included then the 5.7K one is standard option it just have a normal washing machine. the one u see from the vlog is the 5,7K one

Hey yes I did, it was not the same. It was 4k then the rent is 5,7k. There was an admin fee also
