    Mas ok sana at mas less na sa trabaho, kung yong pag hulma ng blocktec ay may sadya ng butas para sa kailangan pag ginamit. Sa ganun mas mabilis na mas pabibilisin pa pag nag Tayo ng Bahay. Maganda sya at mukang matibay Hindi kaagad nababasag, Hindi sya katulad ng ordinary na hallowblocks na nakasanayan natin gamitin pag nagpapa gawa ng Bahay.

      AAC has a low thermal conductivity, kaya maganda ang insulation performance

    May simulation ba kayo ng products niyo kung walang bakal buong wall system? Alam naman nating yung bakal ang kadalasang sumasalo sa mga lateral forces tulad ng lindol, alangan namang sa adhesives lang aasa?

      May dowel bars ang aac on all sides. And regarding sa simulation dito sa Pinas, so far wala pa. It's all in abroad since this is not a local technology. Soon.

      yes prone tayo sa lindol kaya advantage ang lightweight materials, look at Japan at paano nila nagagamit ang AAC sa mga buildings nila

    Sir frequent question lang po.. how durable po sya if an earthquake occurs? And also fire proof po ba sya?

    • @blocktecaac
      @blocktecaac  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      4 hour fire rating ng Blocktec sir. And regarding the earthquake, AAC ay proven na sa mga bansang maraming lindol like Japan. (AAC) blocks can provide a higher level of safety during earthquakes due to their lightweight, and high-strength characteristics. We are also putting seismic gap sa wall to absorb some of the energy from the seismic waves and reduce the risk of cracking or collapsing. Above all sir, ang unang defense sa earthquake ay ang total quality ng building from foundation, column and beams. Read more here blocktec.ph/blog/blogs-1/post/is-aac-block-good-for-earthquake-4

      Blocktec, the right answer is "walls are not designed to resist earthquake loads" unless it is a reinforced concrete shear wall. The primary structural members (foundation, columns and beams including floor concrete slabs) are the ones that resist loads.

    Looks like weak Ang support Incase of high intensity earthquake, prang ideal lng sya gawing pader.. kc pack of metal frame support inside. Pag high rise 2 to 3 floors, Hindi pwede.

    • @blocktecaac
      @blocktecaac  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Many high-rise buildings use AAC Blocks as their wall system in the country and abroad. It's lightweight and has a high compressive strength. If you watch closely, rebars on all sides of the wall attach the blocks to beams and columns.
