I can't believe that one of the most wholesome Dwight moments was a speech he gave in the middle of being convinced that he was in The Matrix and that it ended up being cut from the show
The speech wasn't cut from the show, the whole cold open was cut. And honestly, I can't help but wonder if Dwight gave that speech just to justify taking the blue pill, because given how he responds to Hank's "If the blue pill isn't safe to swallow..." line, I suspect he knew it was a prank all along.

We just watched the episode where they all cooperate to get 5000 points to make Andy get the tattoo on his rear. I’ve never seen them all work so hard… Kevin with the multiple adding machines and Erin with the “thermometer”… Classic.
In the episode when Dwight gets Jim with the snowballs, I think his most terrifying moment is when you see him with a wig sitting at Pam's desk, laughing maniacally. Seemed like Jim was already terrified before the snowball attack once he saw that the door was chained shut. The payoff interview with him while dealing with a bloody nose is hilarious, because John is displaying the perfect sense of shock, humiliation, all while trying to keep from crying. The ending is perfect; Dwight standing on the roof, watching a man suffering from pure paranoia and terror; the flashing light was a perfect touch.🤣
As long as he's making a living, does it matter much? Most of his salary is commission, and he's by no means the worst salesman (and at times he outpaces Dwight).
He gets hourly and commission. So why work when there’s both no sales to make and time to spare at The Office? (I know, I know, “There’s always a sale to make” is an option, but that’s only for people who need the money that isn’t going into someone else’s pocket.)
Even after seeing these clips endless tines, they never get old and manage to continue to make me smile. Nothing beats a hearty laugh from Stanley. Dwight getting over on Jim is so rare that its always fun to see

By the time of the Matrix prank you have to ask yourself who is the real loser in this? Dwight who has found happiness or Jim who has to hire 30 people, waste all that money and productivity just to mess with someone? JIM was so pathetic at the end.
@RupeeRhod Jim bleed just a little bit through the nose, but Dwight was bullied for years and made Jim understand what it is to live in fear and humiliation. Only bullies can take the side of Jim, and they have a couple of things to reevaluate.

Can we stop to praise that the LEAST COMPLEX prank envolves coming in HOURS early then the company tryhard, to get his stapler, prepare a gello misture, dip the stapler, let it sit on the fridge for hours, taking it out and putting in his drower before he come in to work ? (Ok he could do it at night after he leaves and come early just some minutes to put in the drower but still, many hours spent)
